Ordinance 21-27C

Please be advised that the Board of Commissioners have decided to rescind the previously adopted Ordinance 21-27C, which changed regulations relating to bulkhead construction requirements for lagoon and bayfront properties as a condition of certificates of occupancy.  To rescind the Ordinance, we will have introduction at the January 3, 2022 meeting and it will have second reading at the February 7, 2022 meeting.   In the meantime, the Township of Long Beach will not be enforcing any of the changes that were included in Ordinance 21-27C.
