New Dog/Cat License Application
The dog and cat license application has been updated for 2021. Dogs & Cats which are 7 months or older need a license. The licensing period is January 1st -December 31st. Pet owners may apply for a license at the Long Beach Township Finance Department or fill out and mail the form below. When processing by mail, you need to include a self-addressed and stamped envelope (SASE) for the return of your license and tag. Please do not send original documents as we are unable to return them.
*Due to Covid-19, the Township building is only open 10am to 12pm, it is highly encouraged and recommended that cat and dog licenses are done by mail.
