Beach replenishment in Loveladies is underway and at this time, the work zone is between Block 55 – Block 91.
We ask that you please stay out of the work zone (the beach to the top of the dunes) for the next 10-14 days. Having people on the beach while this project is ongoing, presents huge safety challenges, particularly while the crews are laying down pipe.
The barges have started to pump and are covering about 100’ – 200’ per day, expecting to be finished by mid-June.
