Re-Entry Placards after Covid-19

Dear property owner,

As a property owner, a RE-ENTRY PLACARD/PASS was mailed to your primary residence on file with the Tax assessor’s office. The RE-ENTRY PLACARD/PASS is intended to enhance the safety of our community as well as your property. Utilization of RE-ENTRY PLACARD /PASS use may occur upon the Declaration of a State of Emergency and Long Beach Township’s enactment of a Proclamation in coordination with any Executive Orders issued by the appropriate authority. In furtherance of this procedure it will provide guidance and permit other protective measures that are deemed appropriate and necessary to safeguard our community.

It is further necessary and evident that any and all RE-ENTRY PLACARD/PASS requests are at my discretion and review and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

REPLACEMENT OF RE-ENTRY PLACARD/PASS PROCESS UPON
RESCINDER OF PROCLAMATION OF THE LOCAL EMERGENCY

• Replacement for lost/stolen Placard: must present current valid photo ID
• A fifty (50) dollar fee will be assessed
• New property owners: Will receive Placard upon issuance of Certificate of Occupancy
• House watch/Security Businesses: Will be treated as a business without property ownership rights, the legally registered Business shall receive Placards for each respective zone where a legal contract is in effect.
